WHAT KIDS CALL IT
This series features photographs of me from my childhood taken by family and close friends. The scenes are reclaimed in a new context, revealed and obscured by colourful foil orbs. They evoke moments of innocence and feelings felt before they could be understood.
WHERE WE WILL GO
IF IT ALL WORKS OUT
A companion project to ‘What Kids Call It’ this series explores the themes of a bell jar utopia. Found photographs and meticulously colour-coded foil orbs (formed from chocolate wrappers) are contained within plastic petrie dishes.
WHISTLE + WORK
A collection of affordable & sustainable paper art, objects and hand-painted vintage ceramics. The work is a collaboration with my father and can be purchased here.
This group of collages explores the complex relationship between women and food, and in particular looks at the rejection (or indifference to) an imagined, favourite dessert as a sort of rejection of life.
